FHS MRI Brain FreeSurfer Protocol
This document gives basic information for understanding the data table for the FreeSurfer analysis of the Framingham Heart Study data (FHS). The data table has over 1150 measurements for each participant visit. Each column is a measure and each row is a visit for a given participant. The measurements are organized into collections indicated by the first string before a period.
